Habit of the Week: Wake-Up Earlier!

Even if you build up 15-20 minutes more for yourself in the mornings to read, pray, workout, meditate or get balanced for the day ahead…it will make a big difference. And don’t give me ‘I’m not a morning person’, you can train your body into it and I never said that the first movement out of bed at the start would always be easy. Start with 5 minutes earlier and build from there. (You also might need to go to sleep a bit earlier too) 😊
